Hi! My name is Tye. I'm from our lovely town of Altoona. I oversee the daily operations of Altoona Affordable Inside Storage and make it a point to add a personal touch to every transaction. Thank you for your visiting our website and for your time in considering our storage facility.
Questions
What is a computerized entry system?
This is a modernized security system used to limit access to the facility. Each customer gets his or her own unique access code which allows him or her to enter and exit the property. Our building has a computerized entry system. Without an access code you cannot enter the building.
When can I access my storage unit?
We have storage access hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 365 days a year, and 24-hour access is available upon request.
What is Self Storage?
Self-service storage (commonly known as self storage) is a service provided to consumers and businesses that allows them to store their items at a facility in a room as small as a closest to as large as a three-car garage, and sometimes larger than that! Self storage is a great way to store your property without having to take up space in your home or office.
How do I move my belongings into the building?
There are two loading docks that you can pull your vehicle up to and unload. Also, we have hand trucks that you can use to help move your belongings in or out of our facility.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and payments through PayPal. At this time, we do not accept credit cards. Payments can be mailed or deposited at the office inside the building.
